Fashion Forecasting

A Guide to Hipness and Sophistication

If you happened to stumble upon this blog you are in luck. I'm about to give you a glimpse into the future of fashion. Here is your exclusive what to wear guide for the near future. The pics are of the back and fronts.

Ponchos

Yes, ponchos coming back in style. Wear it out on the street, if you want to take a siesta, you have a blanket already on you.

One-legged Pants

Two holes at the bottom of your pants is so last season. These triangular pants will bring a freshness to your closet. Another thing that's in this coming season: jumping. Walking is so last season.

Masks

Burglar or Superhero? Leave the world guessing with a full headed mask.

Fatsuit (sorry didn't draw this one)

Who doesn't want to dress up like a sumo or an American? Skinniness and good health= out. Fatsuits= in.

So these are pretty much your essentials for next season. It might be too high fashion for some people but TRUST me, these are going to be the business in the near future.

If the stars were mine...

I'd give them all to you

Some pagan I had breakfast with in LA wanted me to stop writing about Jesus. So I'll take this post to write about a Melody Gardot's song. Jon posted her album on his website (www.jonbaik.com) and it is one of my favorite jazz albums, so well-rounded and well-produced. I especially loved this one song she wrote called "If the Stars Were Mine" and its style of writing. While I was studying for finals in the school year I got a bit sidetracked and I tried to write my own verses to the song haha. If you haven't already, dl the album on Jon's site to listen to this wonderful song! Then read the rest of this post. I'll post her lyrics because they are so great (first 3) and mine (last 2).

If the stars were mine, I'd give them all to you
I'd pluck them down right from the sky and leave it only blue
I would never let the sun forget to shine upon your face
so when others would have rain clouds you'd have only sunny days
If the stars were mine, I'd tell you what I'd do
I'd put the stars right in a jar and give them all to you

If the birds were mine, I'd tell them when to sing
I'd make them sing a sonnet when your telephone would ring
I would put them there inside the square, whenever you went out
so there'd always be sweet music whenever you would walk about
If the birds were mine, I'd tell you what I'd do
I'd teach the birds such lovely words and make them sing for you

If the world was mine, I'd paint it gold and green
I'd make the oceans orange for a brilliant color scheme
I would color all the mountains, make the sky forever blue
So the world would be a painting and I'd live inside with you
If the world was mine, I'd tell you what I'd do
I'd wrap the world in ribbons and then give it all to you
I'd teach the birds such lovely words and make them sing for you
I'd put those stars right in a jar and give them all to you

Instrumental haha

If the sea were mine, I'd give it all away
I'd pluck a hundred starfish and put them in-between the waves
Then I'd take you underwater to lay upon the ocean floor
and we'd gaze at constellations till currents take us unto shore
If the sea were mine I'll tell you what I'd do
I'd cling the shells as wedding bells and walk the shore with you.

If the trees were mine I'll tell you what I'd do
I'd set them up in rows to make a pathway just for two
They would lean in slightly to catch the rosy sight of blushing cheeks
As the leaves come waltzing down to the patter of our feet
If the trees were mine I'll tell you what I'd do
I'd dress them up with turtle doves and give them all to you.

John 15

v. 15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

I think I'm realizing the importance of faith. I want a faith as big as God's promises. So here's to a genuine response to this verse. Cheers!

John 14

Holy Spirit, let's be friends

The disciples are distraught in this chapter so Jesus comforts them.

Jesus says, v. 16-17 "He (God the Father) will give you another Counselor to be with you forever-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you."
I want to befriend the Holy Spirit. We're not putting our faith into a history lesson, we're putting our faith in the living God.

Another verse I love v.19 "Because I live, you also will live."

John 13

The Fullest Extent of Love

Jesus washes his disciples feet in this chapter, this was the time that (v. 1) "Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love." The fullness of his love was not a teaching about what's right and what's wrong. The full extent of his love was becoming a servant, being humble, below his disciples.

I remember listening to Stuart Greaves from IHOP and he was talking about how we have to come to understand the fact that Jesus is a servant to us and the form of humility and meekness his love comes in. Peter didn't want Jesus to wash his feet but Jesus answered, "Unless I wash you, you have no part with me." Jesus is the ultimate example of humbleness, though a king becomes a servant to all.

John 12 + Musings

John 12
v. 47
For I did not come to judge the world but to save it.

Musings
I realized that I daydream a lot in class. Sometimes I just look directly at the teacher and I could be thinking something totally different. So in my Spanish class today, I was trying to catch myself daydreaming and write down what I was thinking. I basically do not know what we did in that class. There were a lot of things I couldn't remember but I wrote down what I could.
Among other things...
  • In "Zoolander", it would have been cool if they sold the piano necktie. And then what if the person who actually invented it got into a legal battle with them?
  • I love the worship team but sometimes we argue about chords, timings and such. If I proved someone wrong on stage, I would come up to them and wave my hand in my face and stare at them while walking back.
  • Sewing my small shirts to fit my sister.
  • I was thinking about my old apartment and how they used to have bible study once a week. I imagined saying to my roommate from upstairs, "When are they leaving?" in Korean. And 70% of them were Korean. And how awkward it would be between the Koreans and non-koreans who don't understand.
  • The world would be a better place if people wore bowties.
  • We're doing this video project for this one class and there are many dream sequences. So what if we marked the transitions with a big noise like
And then I was thinking about how funny it would be if 30 Rock did that.

  • Post Esperanza Spalding. Look her up! I have a special place in my heart for bassists. Pretty cool story.
  • If the korean word for glitter was 반짝반짝 (ban jjak ban jjak). I was making this thing at the English camp in Korea that used glitter. "Give me that bban jak bban jak!" 반짝반짝 눈이부셔?
Ok, I was like cracking myself up while writing these down in Spanish class but now that I am writing this in my comp sci class I find much of this terribly unfunny so a sincere apology.

John 11

This chapter covers the story of Lazarus, Mary and Martha's brother. Today, I was meditating on v. 32-36.
"When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, 'Lord if you had been here, my brother would not have died.'
When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. 'Where have you laid him?' he asked.
'Come and see, Lord,' they replied.
Jesus wept.
Then the Jews said, 'See how he loved him!'"

These verses revealed to me a side of Jesus I had too long forgotten. Jesus is personal. There's more to God than being a Genie, military commander. God is an emotional God and His passion is over us. I'm amazed at how Jesus, the omnipotent God, alpha and omega was so deeply moved as to weep over a single human. See how he loved him!

John 10

Jesus is telling the crowd what it is all about, summing things up with v.30 "I and the father are one." There's a little more talking and then they try to seize him and he escapes again.

Then, v. 41. They said, "Though John never performed a miraculous sign, all that John said about this man was true." And in that place many believed in Jesus.

Our role as forerunners is important. Had John not been one to prepare Jesus' way, these people might not have believed. So it wasn't only the miracles that gave Jesus credibility, it was the forerunner. Partnership!

John 9

So Jesus heals a blind man and the Pharisees investigate the healing. They eventually throw out the healed man based on his testimony. Jesus goes to find the man after he hears that he's been thrown out.

He says, v.39 "For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind."

So the only way we can see is to be blind. Being blind requires complete dependence, being led by the hand. On the flip side, when we invest in our own vision, we're blind. Let's lean on our beloved.

John 8

v. 34 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Like really, just Being that child. dude, let that be enough for my life.

Such a realistic portrayal of electric players. I can't wait for the new cd!

John 7

Heart and Mind

V. 37 "On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink."

Jesus amazes me in this verse. This took place at the feast of tabernacles and the crowd was split on whether or not Jesus was the real deal. Jesus could have easily said "Hey, John. Write this down, these fools aren't going to believe anyways. Just tell em like soulja boi later." But no, Jesus not only held the knowledge, he also had a heart for the people. He gets up and says, as Crowder likes to say, "in a loud voice",

V. 37 "On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink."

I remember someone saying before "the most distant 10 inches is from your head to your heart". So God give me not only head knowledge but knowledge of your heart for your people, including myself.

John 6

I was debating whether or not to have a separate blog for this but I wanted to keep my thoughts on one page. So Eevan is doing this with his China team and now a few of us from the small group are posting. So, chapter a day!

Real Bread
So after Jesus feeds the five thousand, the people want to crown him so he makes his getaway. They finally find him in Capernaum and Jesus preaches to them.

v.40 "For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

Dude, real eternal life. v.49 he says, "Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down from heaven (talking about himself), which a man may eat and not die."

He compares the earthly mindset to the heavenly mindset, death to life. v. 63 "The spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing." Jesus is like "guys, step yo game up". There's more to life than just living 70 years and then kaput. Let's know God. Thank you Jesus for defeating death and giving eternal life.

Incoherent poetry

Cost of Love

Monday took place at the matinee
You were too good for rentals
Handled 3 sushi rolls yesterday
but going dutch sounded too judgmental.
Then asked for green tea fried icecream
Next time we won't go oriental.
This morning you asked to get coffee
but ended up with the continental

So today my wallet looks slimmed down
I miss the presidentials.
But the weight it's lost is a tribute to
how I wait lost to be found by you

The future is an unsolvable mystery

From school to...?

Right now I am job searching online to see where my possibilities for this summer lies. I remember asking innocently with eyes wide open "Where will I be in 10 years from now?" Today I ask the same question, except adding a "No, but seriously" in front of it. I saw this trailer for a movie called "Post Grad" and I'm wondering, "Is this what it will be like for me??" I'm not nearly as charming and witty as Alexis Bledel. If she cannot make it, what of the rest of us? I need to pray more.

How to Kill a Song in 2 days

Step 1. Choose a Christian song with a fairly catchy chorus/bridge.
Step 2. Play it at a Blessed Conference for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Play it once more when worship is over on the pastor's request for 15 minutes.
Step 4. Play it once more when the speaker tells you to for 40 minutes as decides to give his sermon as the fourth verse over the song.
Step 5. Repeat the next day.

RIP

Tomorrow is Day 3. Will we play you once (or thrice) again?

edit: The answer is yes.

If only...

I could wile away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain
And my head I'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'

If only I had a brain.

written by E.Y. Harburg.

Beautiful writing, no? I was listening to my favorite radio show where they did the regular version that the scarecrow does and then, right after, a super mellow version by Harry Connick Jr. and it was the first time I got to listen to the lyrics.

Awesome Series Part 3

Scotland

Out of all the side trips I went to in my stay to Europe, this was probably my favorite. After hearing about my friend Sarah's fun solo trip backpacking in Italy, I kind of wanted to try going by myself. This was my first trip alone and was also my longest, 6 days. I was looking for a country to go to that had cheap flights and would accommodate my schedule. I turned down a trip to Ireland with some other guys and went to Scotland! My first reaction when I got there was, thank God they speak english. I felt like could really do almost anything I wanted haha. and I almost could. I figured out the bus system there and the train system. So I bought one ticket to Edinburgh and my return ticket was from Glasgow. I didn't even know how far apart they were or how I was going to make my way over there but I had to get from one city to the other somewhere along the trip. Luckily it worked out find and I split three days each. So I went to the hostel in Edinburgh and my first night there was...interesting. Besides that I met a few Americans who were teaching in Malaga so we hung out and traveled the city a bit together. Listening to their experience made me want to be adventurous and hippie-ish because one guy was telling me how he just arrived in some latin country, forgot the exact one, without even knowing what he was going to do or where he was going to live and just stayed there until he settled in and started studying spanish.

We did a free tour of the city and ate some haggis, to the top, which was quite good, its like sausage and mashed potatoes. I went to so many art museums, I traveled mostly on foot. I also went to a couple craft fairs haha. I know its weird but they were really cool and I picked up some stuff for my sister. I didn't know but Scotland is like super artsy and craftsy.

This was a selling at the Glasgow school of arts.

I also tried to go to a lot of open mics and performances. I found out most of my information from a website, theskinny.co.uk, which I basically based my day on. So I got to see a few performances, my favorite of which was Jo Mango.

In this clip she's playing like the little box thing with strips of metal on it. If you go to www.myspace.com/jomango and play the kcrw live my lung, its the same instrument she's playing. Yea the video kind of drags so I duno if you want to watch all of it. I also visited the Edinburgh castle and camera obscura, like an optical illusion place + you could see all of Edinburgh. Here's the castle from the top of camera obscura building.

So I made my way to Glasgow by train and went to the hostel without problems. Both cities are awesome and everyone is always walking everywhere so I fit in. I went to a couple more art craft fair things and a lot of art museums. but the highlight of this trip was korean food!!!!!!!! Man I think that was one of the main reasons I went to Glasgow because I researched online before whether or not it had Korean food. When I went there I was like getting emotional, this was honestly the highlight of the trip.

France and England

After my schooling was over in Spain, I met up with my parents in Barcelona and we had a happy little family reunion. We toured around Barcelona for a bit and went to Picasso museum and had some yummy salmon and cheese sandwiches. Then, later, made our way to Paris. We went with a korean tour and it was pretty fun, mostly because I got to eat so much Korean food! We went to some museums and historical sites like cathedrals and palaces. I really liked the culture of France, like the air is different. My favorite part was going to the modern art museum (below).

In London, we went to a lot of shopping places, didn't buy too much. We stayed at a Korean bed and breakfast which was interesting. My parents and my sister ditched me for their own room and left me to share a room with some other guys. Everyone was Korean Korean so one night they invited me to hang out from like 11-3am and I was so tired and barely said anything. We saw some cool artsy stuff and some cathedrals but my favorite time was going to the "Electric Cinema" to watch Australia.

It was really unique and we got to rest. There's only so much seating and people can even pay for couches and such. They said it was coming to the states too. All in all we had a good time and I was super glad to come back to CA too. I'll wrap it up here because its a bit lengthy. So this was basically 2008 for me!! Thank you God for protecting me and I'm excited to see where this year takes me!

In Between Classes

I have a little 1 hour break before my next class and I'm happy because I finished my paper at 5 this morning and now I'm eating 술떡 (sool dduk (this may or may not help non-korean speakers- alcohol rice cake)). Speaking of Korean, I'm in the process of training for the class I'm taking next quarter by watching "Family Outing". I want to watch "We Got Married" but I don't know where else to watch it other than youtube now that Veoh doesn work for me.

It's now time for my top two DS "hot picks" of the week!

2. Ninjatown- this game is ultra-cute.

1. Kirby Allstars- I would place this next to Mario Kart for my favorite games.

Awesome Part 3

Spain

When I first arrived in Madrid, my first thought was "Andrew, what did you get yourself into." Traveling abroad seemed like a cool idea in my head but I guess I didn't really know how it would really be to live in a different culture until I did it. The first thing I noticed about Spain was that it was not Mexico. I should have googled some pictures of Spanish people before or something haha. They look just like Americans except they speak Spanish. Location was everything to me and I was so happy with where I stayed and my senora was awesome.
This is "Plaza del Toros" right next to my house. Click on the pic to see!
So the program I went with provided a lot of excursions to different cities so I got to travel a lot on the weekends. Here's one of my favorite walls in Sevilla.

But out of all the cities i went to, I like Malaga the best. I couldn't have chosen a better city, it was like the LA or Miami of Spain, very laid back.

I went to a school especially for foreigners and it was actually pretty fun (minus my sometimes 30-40 minute walks to and from school). Here's my classmate with a little window I made.
I would always bring my little murse as my backpack and folded some construction paper to make myself a few small folders. I new the city pretty well because I walked around everywhere, I never walked so much in my life. I met some cool people from America, Korea and Spain. Speaking of my Korean encounters, one night stuck out when a couple of Korean Koreans and a couple of their Spanish friends and I went to watch "The Day the Earth stood still" (which was bad) but after, with the Koreans, I went with them to hang out with another set of friends who were Spanish people who wanted to learn Korean! It was so funny, they could speak a little and they were playing Big Bang in their car.

As far as Spain itself, it was beautiful and I would say Malaga especially is beautiful. While other parts of the country were freezing, it was nice and toasty in Malaga. There's a lot of cool churches and castles and forts in Spain (along with the rest of Europe). I did quite a few things in Spain but to name a few:
- went to churches, forts and caves
- met some Christian missionaries
- went to botellon
- skyped with family and friends haha.
- played soccer w/Spanish people and went to a soccer game (go Malaga!)
- went to art galleries
- visited some of the best beaches in the Andalucia area
-churros con chocolate and tea
-read "full metal alchemist" in Spanish
-flamenco danced in a restaurant
Spain was definitely cool but more than the things I learned in school, I think I learned a lot about people and that was one of the best things I took from Spain.

Italy
I went on here on a 3 day trip just to Rome but there was so much to see. The best part of the trip was the food though...we ate so well. I went with 3 other people from the program. Also, home to best and biggest gelato stores (see facebook vid).

From the basilica.

My favorite fountain and Spanish Steps.

Coliseum

On another note
I cannot wait until death is completely defeated. God is about life + resurrection and overcoming death (ex. Jesus). Also, am I not killing it on the blog scene? My last 4 blogs have been substantial (minus the long intervals). You guys must step yo game up!

Awesome Pt. 2

Gibralter

This was my first weekend trip in Spain. I didn't even know what Gibralter was before my roommate asked me if I wanted to go. You smarties might already know but Gibralter is territory of the U.K. and it is famously known as the "Rock of Gibralter". It has an interesting history, one that I never bothered to learn when I went. But it was sort of a war site. So it was me and my roommate and another girl in our program. A lot of the other people in our program went to Morroco this weekend but I'm glad I didn't go because so many of them came back sick. We rented a car, which turned out to be a good decision but it was also at this time I lost my camera in the parking lot of the car rental place somehow. But we arrived safely and got to visit some other cities on the way. The first day we settled in and at night we went out to eat. They wanted to go to a bar so we went and there we met these two nice British people.

So from left to right, my roommate, the other girl, Brit #1, Brit #2 Carly, Me, then another guy who was just there and joined. I liked Carly because whenever she was talking to me it was like she was telling me a story with a Julie Andrews fairy tale voice. She came later to Malaga to visit us. The two Brits took us across the border to the Spanish side and then we went to an English pub on the Spanish side. This was my first kind of bar experience when I realized it was not my scene. It's so crowded and loud, I don't understand why people would pack themselves in there like that. But it was really funny too. There's like old white neukihae men dancing all wierd but it was funny. Well it was funny until the me, my roommate and the other girl were walking back to the hostel and we realized the girl had drank too much. She spent like 20 minutes throwing up in the toilet after, it was not pretty. Nevertheless the next day we woke up and we traveled "the Rock" starting from the top. We took a cable car up and walked down and itw as quite a walk, I think like 10 miles (maybe?) because it was zig zagging but we got to see a lot of cool stuff. It had really beautiful views and monkeys!

Here is m
e, monkey and roommate chatting it up. But my favorite part of the trip was a giant cave where they held concerts during the war. The acoustics were so good and they were playing classical music (it was a familiar tune I'm sure Isaac would know). I was like moved because it sounded so good and the setting was so unusual.

What you see ahead of you is where they would play, kind of stadium seating. All in all it was a good trip.

Portugal

10 people came on this trip haha. We split into two groups of 5 and drove to Lisbon. Portugal was pretty similar to Spain as far as night life and how the people look but I think they really don't like eachother. It's funny when you watch the news because it's like Portugal doesn't exist.

haha. back to Portugal.
The sites at Lisboa were awesome and I honestly think it was because of the people I went with. One of my friends was an Anthro major and she was super interested in all of this stuff so I could not help but share in her excitement. We went to the Castle of Sao Jorge and the views were cool.

We also went to a humongous monastery but my favorite part was going to the aquarium. I know it's something you can do anywhere, but by this time I've already seen so many castles and churches.

Otter!
Another one of my favorite parts was going to see a live performance of "fado" which is their kind of national music. O, also, this was also a highlight, we got to go to an old King's kind of vacation spot but now it was a historical site and it was crazy! It was so different than other buildings, it was all colorful, looked like it just escaped from Disneyland.

So Portugal was definitely a cool experience too. I was going to post Spain up tonight but these small weekend trips are taking a little longer than I thought to write about.

Back to reality, today I finished up a midterm and this week of school shouldn't be too bad. And I want to leave this on a musical note so here's a song by Estelle ft. John Legend- You Are. This is like a feel good song and it'll make you want to dance. I'm not sure if you guys ever heard of her but I first heard Nellie McKay on my favorite radio program Radio Deluxe haha and when I youtubed her I had so much hope for her because she's pretty good at jazz piano and she plays the uke but when I listened to her other stuff I didn't really like it as much. But I really do like the song they played on the radio PS I Love You, which was on the soundtrack of the PS I love You movie. But here's an original song called "Clonie". I have the mp3 but I figure it's more of a listen once song.

Have a good week!

Around the World sErieS (OME): DR + Korea + Thailand

Around the World Series (OME)

2008 was an eventful year and I haven't really had time to reflect back upon it since I've gotten back. This will be the first of a few posts in a series called Around the World sErieS (OME) because that spells out AWESOME! Did i try too hard for that one? Anyways, in this series will be: Dominican Republic, Korea, Thailand, Spain, Gibralter, Portugal, Italy, Scotland, France, England. The first three, I've kind of posted on already so I'll try to keep it a tad shorter. Summer!

La Republica Dominicana!
This was definitely a cool mission trip. I signed up for it last minute and didn't know what to expect, didn't know like half the team that well. But I think God really gave grace to us to gel so quickly. Even after the mission we hung out a lot. Daniel's uncle really set us up well and spoiled us. Here's Sam, Yuree + Me.

I have a lot of memories:

-lights turning off and still continuing service
-trying to lead a song and forgetting to change keys therefore stretching my vocal range four keys higher in front of 70 or so people
-Running to get the guitar in the dark room and falling to a thud in front of 100 people or so.
-Chillin' on the yacht!
-Fun bus rides, one of our kids sticking his earphones in his nose and using his head as a speaker
-manual labor i will never forget
-worshiping with the the team

Koryo!

Looking back, this was probably my favorite country to visit. This might have something to do with that I'm Korean. Koryo is where the english name Korea derived from. Anyhow, the first portion of the trip I traveled with my sister and we had fun going around Seoul, doing the whole subway deal, going to different cafes and markets. Somewhere in this trip, I also met up with my long lost cousin, Nelson 형, and his halmunee and they treated us out to the best blowfish ever! We went to a spa too and got to see his workplace. Banana milk!

Then off to the camp where I taught! Actually I think this was really my first time being away from my family for this extended time (only a month haha) because when I'm in Urrvine I go home on the weekends. So this really prepared me for Spain. Teaching the kids was so fun and the teachers were so incredibly laid back, they led a lifestyle I only thought could be led, travelling and just making enough to travel some more.

This is a pic of the teachers and counselors, all good guys. After the school, I reunited with my sister + mom. Me and Angela got to watch a cool art show too.

Thailand
So after Korea, me and my mom and my sister headed over to Thailand where my dad was on a business trip. This was my first real vacation, all we did was play really. We only stayed here for a few days but it was fun. Ate some of the worst thai food here (LA does better thai than thailand), got my first suit!, and went to visit monkey islands! We did ATVs, rode elephants, chowed at my dad's business dinner haha. And I celebrated my 21st bday here! which Angela almost ruined by kicking me in the shin haha. These are elephants!

Speaking of birthday, I'm wearing the bear sweater right now haha. I seriously get a lot of wear out of it now that its a bit chilly here, its like the most comfortable thing ever. Thanks guys!

So I know this has all been old news so here's some of the new. I'm still adjusting coming from Spain where being Christian was something really wierd to coming here where almost everyone I know is Christian. It's such a contrast and its like a culture shock really for me. Especially going to Blessed where its not that conservative where like everyone believes "Jesus heals! every disease be gone!" and I'm like "what? really? o wait. o yea."

On a sidenote, by popular demand, I'll post what I've been listening to. So I recently watched Enchanted at a friends house and the music was so great, so I've been listening to some of the songs. I really wanted to send this song to Isaac when he was asking me what he should do for a birthday present. And I still want to send this song to all my single fellas ("ALL MY SINGLE FELLAS!" in beyonce voice). How does she knowwww? And the second song is what I wanted Cliff to sing. It's when they are dancing at the ball. I wrote down the chords so if you want them let me know haha. OK I'll give one more, non-enchanted. I got hooked on this lady after hearing her on my favorite radio program (Radio Deluxe w/John Pizzarelli) and I was surprised at how many times I had seen her before. I'm not sure how familiar you guys are with Kristin Chenoweth but she was like the original lead in "Wicked" and she's in so many other roles, movies and Broadway. I just remember her in "Bewitched" (maybe she has something with witch productions?). So talented and so small! (4'11)

OK gotta study! Swamped! but will try to update more often!
